An art activity to help release big emotions.

As a Life & Mindfulness Coach (holding a Master's Degree in Art Therapy), I use art in my sessions to help support my client's goals. Some of these goals may be to decrease stress and anxiety and other big emotions that come up for the individual. I have observed that this particular art activity has many positive benefits. I believe it is important to have proper coping skills when in a state of experiencing big emotions (frustration, anger, etc) so we can react and respond in a healthy way. It is a form of self-care when we are self-expressing and releasing our feelings and emotions through art. Feel it, to heal it!
