As an artist, spiritual self-love coach and art therapist, I find it extremely important we create art as a form of healing and growing. When we focus on the positive and good, it grows and expands. I am sharing this art exercise to focus on our strengths since we all have something we can find valuable within ourselves. This is a form of self-love and self-care.
