Tree of Strength Art Exercise

An art exercise that focuses on your strengths.

As an artist, Kreative Self-Love Coach and master degree Art Therapist, I find it extremely important we create art as a form of healing and growing. When we focus on the positive and good, it grows and expands. I am sharing this art exercise to focus on our strengths since we all have something we can find valuable within ourselves. This is a form of self-love and self-care.


Let your natural internal state guide you <3


Suggested Materials for you to use:

  • Paper

  • Paints

  • Crayons

  • Markers

  • Or any art supplies you are drawn to


Directions:

  1. Think of your strengths or strengths you would like to have.

  2. Design a tree that represents these strengths.


Questions to keep in mind while creating:

  • What are strengths that you admire about yourself?

  • What are strengths you would like to gain?

  • What are some strengths that you would want others to see in you?
