What is Life Coaching? 

A Life Coach is a professional who dedicates their practice to the coachee's well-being. This wellness may include a coach helping the coachee with personal matters such as: lack of purpose, troubled relationships, no clear vision or mission, inner conflict with thy Self, time management issues, financial problems and many other challenges and obstacles that you may be experiencing.

  • It is important to know that coaching is not therapy and counseling. Coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders and is not to be used in replace of therapy and counseling or any other clinical advice.


As for my practice as a Spiritual Self-Love Coach, I focus my attention on helping you build upon the self-love, self-care and confidence you are longing to fulfill. I guide you into kreating new life patterns and behaviors by helping you break down barriers, clear blockages and regain balance. I help you discover your life's purpose and happiness. During session, I like to use art-based exercises, mindfulness and holistic activities to help you achieve the goals that you set for your Self.
