4-Week Teen Art Mindfulness Workshop

Teens ages 12 to 17 are welcome to join this 4-week mindfulness group class that is focused on boosting the individuals social skills, confidence, self-esteem and self-kindness all through using art as a self-expression.

A different art exercise will be facilitated each week by the life coach/master level art therapist that will focus on the group members positive qualities and attributes.

Classes will be held on 2/3, 2/10, 2/17, 2/24 at 4PM to 4:45PM.
