Kreate a Magical Wand - Teens 5/24

Service Description

Teens ages 12 to 17 are welcome to join this 2 hour Magical Wand Making. This class will provide different art materials such as the stick (wand itself), stones, crystals, ribbon, wire, glitter + more to create the wand. Teen is welcome to bring their own special wand and/or objects to add to the wand too. This class is designed to create, self-express and connect with others. During class, we will set intentions with the wand, learn about the history of wands, and discuss the healing benefits of the different stones/crystals and more! After each art-making session, there will be a space for the teens to discuss & share their art work to the group (if they feel comfortable to do so). ***THIS IS A DROP-OFF WORKSHOP FOR TEENS!*** This is also a non-clinical class. Just a fun workshop for teens! FOR: Teens ages 12 to 17 LOCATION: 1501 Lower State Road (Building C - Up stairs) DATE: Friday May 24th TIME: 4:00PM to 6:00PM PRICE: $45 per individual SIDE NOTES: Classes will be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. Facilitated by Dianne Furphy, MS Kreative Self-Love Coach, Art Therapist and Founder & Owner of Kreate What U Want LLC Dianne has all updated documentation for clearances: -Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance -Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History Clearance -Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Family Criminal Clearance -CPR Certified No participant will be denied admission on the basis of race, color, gender or ethnic origin. However, Kreate What U Want reserves the right to refuse enrollment to participants with a history of disruptive behavior or for any impediment to the learning process of the group as a whole.
