Let your preteen explore, kreate, and connect! Open Studio Art is a free-flowing creative space designed for preteens ages 9–13 to express themselves through art in a relaxed, inclusive environment. Each week, a variety of art materials will be provided—though participants are welcome to bring their own. They’ll have the freedom to explore different mediums and techniques, while being encouraged to follow their own creative instincts. This class isn’t just about making art—it’s about: 🎨 Self-expression: A safe outlet for big emotions and thoughts 🧠 Emotional wellness: Art can boost mood, build confidence, and offer a sense of purpose 💬 Connection: A place to meet new friends and feel like you belong Whether your preteen is feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or just looking for a creative outlet, this class is here to support them in a fun, welcoming way. FOR: Teens ages 9-13 LOCATION: 1501 Lower State Road (Building C - 2nd FL, Up stairs) DATE: Sunday May 18th TIME: 1PM-2:15PM PRICE: $35 per individual SIDE NOTES: Classes will be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. No student will be denied admission on the basis of race, color, gender or ethnic origin. However, Kreate What U Want reserves the right to refuse enrollment to participants with a history of disruptive behavior or for any impediment to the learning process of the group as a whole.
