For the Sacred Heart Academy Teens! Teens ages 13 to 15 are invited to explore the impact of technology and social media while learning powerful techniques to manage stress, anxiety, and build meaningful connections. Through interactive discussions, creative art activities, and mindfulness exercises, we’ll discover ways to create a healthier balance with electronics while fostering relaxation, self-expression, and friendship. What We’ll Cover: o The pros and cons of social media and screen time o Creative art activities to ease stress and anxiety o Mindfulness techniques to stay present and grounded o Practical strategies for building a healthy relationship with technology o Ways to strengthen real-life connections and friendships This class is perfect for teens who want to feel more in control of their digital habits while enjoying a fun and relaxing creative outlet and building on real-life connection. OUTCOMES FROM CLASS: - Healthier Technology Habits -Tools for Anxiety Relief -Real-Life Connection & Engagement -Confidence & Balance INCLUDES: All art supplies Teens will take home the art projects they created in class as a reminder of their anxiety relief, the connections they formed with others, and their reflections on the pros and cons of electronic use. LOCATION: 1501 Lower State Road, North Whales 19454, Building C, 2nd FL Registration before class begins is required! Please no walk-ins. THIS IS A DROP-OFF CLASS FOR TEENS. Parents are welcome to wait in the waiting area. IMPORTANT: Please sign group policy form before class begins.
