For the Sacred Heart Academy Teens! Is your 8th grader feeling anxious or overwhelmed about the transition to high school? Are you looking for ways to help them build confidence, develop coping skills, and gain a positive mindset for this new chapter? This 2-hour workshop is designed to equip your teen with essential tools and strategies to feel empowered and grounded as they step into high school. In this workshop, your teen will: --> Boost their confidence --> Learn mindfulness techniques and coping tools --> Build a positive mindset --> Process and discuss their worries and concerns *All through the creative combination of ART + MINDFULNESS! The workshop will include engaging art prompts that allow teens to express themselves, reflect on their self-worth, and recognize their full potential. These projects will also serve as personal reminders and coping tools they can take home. Date: Sunday, May 4th Time: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM Price: $55 per person Location: 1501 Lower State Road, North Wales, PA, Building C, 2nd Floor Limited to 8 participants. THIS IS A DROP-OFF CLASS FOR TEENS. Parents are welcome to wait in the waiting area. IMPORTANT: Please sign group policy form before class begins.
