Boost Confidence Through Art! 🎨✨ Tweens (ages 9-13) are invited to join this interactive, 4-week virtual Confidence-Building Art Workshop! Designed to enhance confidence, self-esteem, and social skills, this workshop provides practical tools and techniques that participants can use long after the sessions end. What to Expect: ✅ Engaging discussions on self-growth topics ✅ Expert guidance from a Life & Mindfulness Coach (Master’s in Art Therapy) ✅ Creative art exercises to promote self-expression and self-discovery ✅ Supportive group setting for connection and learning Weekly Topics: 🔹 Week 1: Confidence & Self-Esteem 🔹 Week 2: Self-Love, Self-Care & Rewarding Yourself 🔹 Week 3: Self-Talk, Mantras & Positive Affirmations 🔹 Week 4: The Power of Gratitude & Laughter Each session combines meaningful discussions, hands-on art activities, and expert-led techniques to empower tweens in their personal growth journey. 📅 Join us and unleash your creativity while building confidence! Classes will be held on Tuesdays: 5/6, 5/13, 5/20, 5/27 at 2PM to 3PM EST. ART MATERIALS: *Important Note: Please have these materials available for each class: Art Materials NEEDED for each class: 1.) Two to three pieces of 8.5 X 11 white pieces of paper 2.) Any writing material, for example: crayons, markers, colored pencils, pastels or any writing drawing material the individual is drawn to using and has available. SAFE-SPACE: Please note I hope that your teen can have a personal space where there are not many distractions. This class is designed to be personable for the teen to self-express and share their hearts. If they are able to be set up in a private room, this will enhance the class for the teen and everyone. ***This workshop is limited to 6 group participants. I have learned that the individuals open up and are more involved when the group is smaller-sized. ZOOM: Please use the same zoom link that is emailed in the confirmation letter for each week!
