Strengthen your self-love/self-care and and kreate new life patterns and thoughts. I will help you work towards your goals, improve on your confidence, self-esteem, decrease anxiety, find your life's purpose and rediscover your own self-love that has always been inside of you. *Please note: If you have purchased and booked a workshop with me in any means, I will provide you a discount for a one-on-one session, please just reach out and ask. Sometimes in workshops, the pre-teen, teen and/or adult may want to talk more about their art, feelings and emotions to dive deeper into understanding more about oneself and this is the perfect way to continue to do that in a one-on-one session with me!
