Service Description

Adults 18+ are welcome join this grief gathering. If you are feeling sad, low, hurt, lonely, confused, pained, anxious or any feelings and emotions related to loosing a loved one, a pet, a house, a friend, or anything to do with grieving, please share in on this group gathering. This is a safe space for you to share your story and/or listen to others share their grief story. Everyday life tasks can feel overwhelming and sometimes we as adults can feel all alone or do not have the proper support. This group is designed for open talk with whatever discussion is inspired to arise in the moment about our grief. This is a group for us to share, vent, communicate or even just listen to struggles, challenges, obstacles + more while feeling heard. Coping skills may be provided through art, mindfulness or simply just words of wisdom. Limited space available - 8 spaces to be filled.
