Fried Brussels Sprouts Recipe

Crispy Fried Brussels Sprout Recipe


Want a delicious and healthy snack or side for your meal? These crispy Brussels Sprouts will give you that delicious fulfillment.


This meal will take about 25 to 30 minutes.

Prep Time: 5 to 7 mins.

Cook Time: 20-25 mins.


Ingredients:

  • Vegan Butter (I use Earth Balance)

  • 1 Small Bag of Brussels Sprouts

  • Salt (I use Pink Himalayan salt but any salt is good)

  • Lemon Pepper Spice

  • Adobo Spice

Instructions:

  1. Cleanse the sprouts with water.

  2. Cut and remove the stem of the sprout, then cut the sprout into four pieces (depending on size of the sprout, I will only cut in halves).

  3. Heat pan on medium heat and melt a spoonful of the butter into the pan.

  4. Add the Brussels Sprouts to the pan of the melted butter.

  5. Add some shakes of salt, lemon pepper and adobo to the Brussels Sprouts throughout the cooking process.

  6. You will also need to add a little butter accordingly when the pan starts to dry up throughout this process.

  7. When you notice the Brussels Sprouts turning brown and crisp to your liking, this is when you will turn the stove off and serve yourself the delicious cooked vegetable!
